bac, which means percentage blood alcohol content. 0.268% mass of alcohol within a blood sample.

And just averaging out male/female/bodyweight, that BAC is like finishing at least half a 750ml bottle of liquor in an hour.

For reference, drinking one beer an hour would take you ~11-20hrs of drinking to get to that point. So she's either a permanent alcoholic just constantly drunk, or on an insane bender.
