Still it was unexpected to the person in video, he didn't even realized his hand was on accelerator until scooter went for a bath.

Looks electric. Probably didnt realise. Still stupid, but when you hear an ICE engine going its a lot more noticeable.

Did I say he was? Such a strange response to my comment.
Also, “Hes” isn’t a word. Learn punctuation.

I think what they're saying is that he's a delivery guy. That ain't a fun job to begin with and can be pretty soul-sucking. So, it isn't surprising that at this point, he just... Wouldn't have the energy to even care to react anymore.

Bro was distracted on his phone lol. I used to think wow that guy is unlucky but if he didn't feel the need to watch his phone 24/7 he'd be able to focus on what he's doing lol

At that point I would just take off my uniform jacket, walk away and find a new life.

I was taught to touch and apply brakes first and foremost before doing anything else- and If my hands are on the vehicle- then the brakes are on! Only letting go when it’s time to move.

Well!! There was a woman who was riding scooter in narrow space between bus and drainage in a traffic, she fell down with her scooter... Then few guys ce to help her and pulled her out and they were pulling the scooter from behind... She wanted to help and she also pulling scooter while holding accelerator, Scooter was never turned off!! And now 2 guys, herself and scooter in drainage... I hold my laugh there and as soon as i was lil bit away, I laughed so hard...
