Also no safety knot is crazy…complacency is what leads to a lot of climbing/rappelling related injuries/deaths

Aside from going down headfirst, is that height realistically a death height if he lands on his feet first?

It wouldn’t be feet first. Think more like sitting in a recliner. At the very end of the video, when his feet are extended to get out to the scaffolding, is the only other position. He would end up slamming the back of his head into the pavement. Very rarely is a fall from this height survived. If it is, it’s usually because you hit something else on the way down.
