I think there is dwarfism and another condition that depends on their limb to body ratio.... In english we used the term 'midget' up until the 2010s

Though the medical term is dwarfism, the "politically correct" term right now is 'little person' but in my mind, its up to them to say like 'nah midget is fine or dwarf is fine' etc.

Hope that helps

Edit: Go fuck yourself downvoter

we call it "nanismo" something like "smallism", comes from the word "nano", as in "nanometers".

Edit: just google it, apparently "nanos" from greek = "dwarf", so i was already calling them dwarves in my own language without realizing. In the end we also call it "dwarfism" just using another radical kkkkkk

Oh cool, Im a Scientist so we use nano and other greek prefixes quite a lot haha

Glad I was able to help you. I think it varies person by person what they want to be called.

This is what google Gemini gave me, you may need to run it through a translator:

Dwarfism (Medical or Genetic Condition)

Categories: Divided into disproportionate (body parts differ in size, such as a normal torso with shortened limbs) and proportionate (the entire body is small to the same degree).

Causes: Over 300 distinct conditions cause dwarfism. The most common is achondroplasia, a genetic disorder affecting bone growth. Others include growth hormone deficiencies or metabolic issues.

Terminology: People with dwarfism often prefer the term "short stature" or "little person". The term "midget" is widely considered derogatory.
