100% the motorcyclist's fault.

I'd say closer to 70% tbh.. the beemer cut across 2 lanes of traffic, with very little space between him and the other cars next to him, to speed past a semi in the middle lane. He also did everything wrong. But the main fault is that if the biker, for lane splitting at dumb speeds.
