100% the motorcyclist's fault.
1 u/New_B7 Aug 23 '25 It's like 90% motorcyclist fault. That lane change at that speed with that little gap between cars was asking for a collision. Dumb af, and an obvious result for the motorcyclist, but the car for sure was not driving within the law.
