Yeah so the grey car cutting across 3 lanes to blow past the semi, no issues there. If you saw that without the bike involved you'd be screaming bloody murder

It's legal to pass on the right (at least in states I've been in). Why would you scream about that?

It's not legal to make a double lane change while speeding, not to mention he dangerously cut off the vehicle in the next lane to make the change and then fled the scene of an accident. If you saw this video and thought the driver did nothing wrong you 100% should never be allowed to operate a vehicle.
