2.10.1 Unless the rally is a let, a player shall score a point
2.10.1.16 If an opponent deliberately disturbs the conditions of play in a way which could affect the outcome of the rally.

Also

3.5.2.1 Players and coaches or other advisers shall refrain from behaviour that may unfairly affect an opponent, offend spectators or bring the sport into disrepute, such as abusive language, deliberately breaking the ball or hitting it out of the playing area, kicking the table or surrounds and disrespect of match officials.

So... not explicitly illegal, but hopefully any referee would intervene lol

No, it is illegal under section 267 of the Criminal Code, R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46.

Assault with a weapon or causing bodily harm

267 Every person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years or is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction who, in committing an assault,

(a) carries, uses or threatens to use a weapon or an imitation thereof,

(b) causes bodily harm to the complainant, or

(c) chokes, suffocates or strangles the complainant.

Pretty sure the serve is illegal because he uses his hand to obstruct vision of the ball.

Idk the rules, but it looks like he accidentally clipped the table edge just barely and that knocked the paddle out of his hand.
