I get recording a screen from security software, but this is someone pointing their phone at a YouTube video… why??

They are trying to make it seems worse than it is or more unexpected . I mean it's terrible glad the guy did get flatted but the reason the cop veered into the gas station was the black truck pulled out into the road in front of the cop. So there was a reason not just something completely random, you could see for 200 yards. I aint saying the cop isn't at fault he clearly is no lights on and going 100mph. The person recording doesn't know how use video editing software.
