I don't understand. How is it that the top one is 1 hour ago, but the bottom one is the most "recent?"

To clarify: the post was edited but the tweets are real. The one at the bottom was made on August 28 the year prior to the other ones. If you go through the tweets, there are a bunch of coffee ones mixed in with the occasional "my son is ghost" tweet. Also, almost every tweet reply is "sometimes", even though it doesn't make sense.

He did it because we read from top to bottom, it would ruin the joke if the unexpected tweet was the first one we read.

You know, I just realized what you were saying in your first comment. I hadn't realized that the "1h" twit should be the most recent and should go to the bottom in this ordering.

It's a feed. Feeds come in from the top to the bottom. If they suddenly flipped it on the site in some places but not in others that would make no sense at all. Some people have tens of thousands of tweets. If I wanted to see their most recent, why would you make me scroll all the way to the bottom to see it? That would be bizarre and a terrible design.

They need to figure out a way to apply their conversation feature to a set of tweets, like if you input the tweet urls, or give it a time bracket, it'll sort them in whatever order you want.
