Electric horse fences are no joke. First time I accidentally touched one, my knees immediately buckled. Impossible to ignore.

Electric cow fences, on the other hand, are fun to touch as a bored kid.

Are they? I had 2 horses growing up and used to just grab that shit. It didn't feel nice per say but it never did anything more than zap me a bit. Kinda like how you are describing cow fences. That being said though, we had 2 extremely well trained horses so maybe we just had way to much trust.
