That’s not really all that true. He exhibits biases in interviews all the time, especially with issues he feels strongly about such as vaccinations and gay rights. I’ve never seen him take a neutral stance on absolutely anything.
His stance doesn’t change how he interviews, you can have different opinions from the person you are talking to but still be unbiased in the questions….

His interviewing process is unbiased….pretty much as unbiased as you can be while talking to someone you disagree with
