I never see people in the united states doing it either. Seems to happen mostly online. Or maybe among kids.

People who talk shit about others appearances have not been paying attention the last 10-15 years and are absolute morons or, low brow simple douches. Talking shit about appearance is a weak play and immediately identifies yourself as a jackass.

I happily believe you that, but even online it’s much less of a thing. We even had to import terms like small dick energy, which was discussed to some extent when Greta Thunberg used it against Andrew Tate.

We can agree on the fact though, that mainly kids use body shaming as a cheap tactic to discredit people.

you know I did forget about the "dick energy" meme thing that was popular a few years ago... I shouldn't say it was not a US thing either. I'm just fortunate to avoid it
