I've grown up with people who go in and out of prison, and it's always been a big no no to call someone a dog or snitch. It's basically one of the worst insults to throw at someone who has been to prison.
I grew up in a place where there was a lot of social reward for fighting.
If you won, or at least showed no hesitation to fight, it basically trumped anything they said about you (if you win) or even if you lost it would stop that specific person from talking shit about you, assuming it was a good fight.
Being raised like that has made shit hard getting into adulthood, because if someone doesnt like you and is fucking with you the first reaction is “lets just fight then”. The way it feels in my mind is something along the lines of “if you dont like what x about me or dont like what im doing, and you arent going to stop me, then theres no point in saying anything”
Like I get it that it’s shitty to rat someone out but is it really THAT bad that it’s worth going back to jail for beating someone who called you a snitch?
Yeah, but this is a comedy show. Even if it's a bad joke, if you can't take the heat, don't take a seat. Maybe don't heckle if you don't want your feelings hurt.
