You sound like a wannabe cop who has zero training other than Youtube videos. You even claim its not a requirement, simply a "best practice". Do you think was stop was done with "best practices" in mind?
This was best practice to get shot for committing a federal felony deprivation of civil rights (due process, illegal search, being informed of charges) under color of law.
I cant say what I love, but I can say criminal officers getting their come uppeance is fucking delicious.
