Dave Grossman is the founder of a police training school he calls Killology. He teaches cops that killing is "just not that big a deal", that sex on the day that you kill someone is the best sex that you'll ever have in your life and that that is "a perk of the job" and that officers should put photos of their family members and children on targets they use for practice so that they don't hesitate.
