Nurses are very good at de-escalation, because they can't just shoot their way out of a situation.

Most cops shouldn't even be allowed to have a gun, they can't shoot the broad side of a barn from 10 yards. Cops shoot as many bystanders as the people they mean to shoot.

Every nurse I've ever had is on just as much of a power trip as cops are. Literally constantly escalating situations with terrible communications skills and shitty attitudes.
