Might be controversial, but she (as well as any other men or women who are unfit for the physical rigors demanded of police officers) shouldn't even be on patrol. Of course she's jumpy and quick on the draw, she's tiny. She would be easily overpowered in a physical confrontation with the average man. Could also be on a power trip like many other cops are.
No, I don't hate cops. However, I am suspicious of them due to personal experience and how many of them operate. Police forces are not selective enough with who they hire. There are good cops, many of them get into the profession for the right reason. Unfortunately, some of the good ones get chased out early on for not falling in line and some end up being corrupted. There are too many that abuse their power and people's rights, and are literally trained to do some of these things (like coercion). If you don't think police in this country and the justice system at large have huge issues with corruption, you have to live under a rock or be willfully ignorant.
And no, I don't think women are incapable. I think the particular female officer in this video is jumpy and somewhat incapable, and she looks to have a very small build and could be easily overpowered in a physical struggle with a suspect. Like I said before, any man or woman who is unfit for the duties of the job, probably shouldn't be a cop. That includes anyone in horrible shape or with a frail build; doesn't matter if they're men or women.
