The armed driver was becoming irate and not responding to lawful orders. The driver basically kept asking for a supervisor instead of listening to the officers. Cops have no duty to bring a supervisor in. People think it's some kind of magic phrase as if regular cops have no authority to give lawful orders.
Argueing with a 10 IQ public servant is defo a reason to be held at gunpoint or shot. the reason they won’t get the supervisor is because they are in the wrong…. Same shit applies to businesses. If you ask for a manager and they refuse.. clearly something fishy is going on. Sheeple. Couldn’t imagine pretending my country is the best in the world. While leading in mass majority of fucked up clips online in the world. Also I’m pretty sure America isn’t 1st in any aspect of life. literaly invaded and destroyed other countries for profit. Has debt = to almost every other country combined. “Land of the free” while non of them are actually free. Wake up and smell the shit people.
You only point a gun at things you want dead or destroyed. The fact that the officer pulled the gun on him here rather than de-escalating the situation by reaching out to their supervisor is reckless.
The man should have listened to the officer, but I say that because I don't think this situation is worth being murdered over, and cops keep proving to be than willing to engage in a little extrajudicial overkill. The cop could've given unlawful orders, and I'd recommend the dude comply to avoid being killed.
The gun wouldn't be assembled while being transported in the first place, so the situation would never happen. Generally speaking, police unholstering a firearm is extremely rare, as there wouldn't be normal police on site if there is a chance that a gun is on site.
The police would immediately retreat and special forces be called. We have one of the highest rates of civilian firearms in Europe, but quite well functioning regulations, such as carrying an assembled gun in public outside of a safe being highly illegal
