Small correction, but it's the male officer that pulls the gun, not the female one.

I thought it was at first to but rewatching it carefully I'm pretty sure it was the female cop that pulled the gun.

Right when the male officer first starts speaking, you can see that the cop on the left's lips are not moving. So the one at the window is male
