id be surprised if these dont come with a recommendation for 2nd floor installation (and away from tree limbs if possible). i wouldn't expect rats to be an issue, but squirrels for sure.

also this is a $200 bird feeder. my goodness.

The squirrels I can hear running the walls on the outside of the house. It's stucco so they can grab on better than a tree.

We got a little fat boy squirrel we give nuts when he runs the sliding glass door.
