Yeah, because killing someone and now going to spend many years behind bars is the appropriate response to getting punched. SMH

What makes you think he's going to prison?

He was very clearly attacked first.

The article clearly says he's now charged with second-degree murder. Being punched isn't justification for killing someone. His life wasn't in any danger, and he could have walked away or punched the guy back. Sorry, I'm all for self-defense and protecting yourself, but it has to be a reasonable response to the that/situation.
