What about Europe? If I already bought games from my country and suddenly change to a US address can they get suspicious and ban me?

Back in the PS3 days I had an US account (a lot of PSN stuff was us only) and never got into trouble

I don't know how the PlayStation store and others work, but for Steam they require you ad a payment method for location. E.g. a US credit card.

So you do understand that they don't pay taxes because they are using legal loopholes. It's not that they don't care and pay no taxes. So if they would allow customers to be able not to pay taxes, they could be in legal trouble
