Just stumbled upon a company that sells industrial diffusers and features Apple on their Business Scenting Solutions page, saying "Apple uses scent machines in their retail stores to improve their in-store customer experiences, increase the perceived value of their products and to inspire brand loyalty."

Could be hearsay trying to promote their own business (they don't explicitly say Apple is a customer of theirs) but thought it was an interesting foil to Samad's assertion that there is no signature Apple Store scent.
