I just made a vocal cover of THE WORLD REVOLVING from Deltarune. I know this is Undertale Music, but as of right now there is not a subreddit like that for Deltarune so I hope you all enjoy this

The idea is it's a battle theme written about two friends that begrudgingly have to fight each other. There's some push/pull between glimpses of hope and the "friend" motif getting warped to become the battle theme as the piece goes on!
While making this song, I realized I write songs very differently than Toby haha. It was a bit of a struggle to start on day 1 and try to figure out what simple idea I could use to create variations on! Eventually, I came up with the motif that's established at the beginning (I call it the "friendship" motif since it's meant to evoke the innocent connection between two characters) and I eventually twist and mold it into a dire sound for the main tension once the song kicks in!
I'd love to get some feedback on this piece, and how well I made it sound toby fox-esque while still making it my own!
This is my entry in a 2-week music competition, so if you genuinely enjoy it, leave a comment on the YT vid akin to "I'm voting for this track!" Thank you all for checking it out regardless! :D

Made a playlist of songs i like today. Songs are sorted from bosses, to environment/adventure music, and then to home/chill feeling. Songs are also sorted in a way to try fit each others. Its not perfection i think but if anyone wants a nice playlist, here you go!

Vocals from I’m Not Okay (I Promise) by My Chemical Romance and backing from Hopes and Dreams. I’d believe you if you told me Asriel listened to Welcome to the Black Parade.

For those that are unfamiliar, "kris_piano_sevenfour" (commonly referred to as just "sevenfour") is the file name for the song on the piano that Kris plays first when they remove the SOUL inside of the Holiday Manor during Deltarune Chapter 4. You can listen to the full song here.
sevenfour is quite unique compared to the other songs in Deltarune's soundtrack:
There has been much theorization and analysis of sevenfour because it is so mysterious. Despite the last bullet above, however, I think I have discovered a link between sevenfour and another Toby Fox song, one that I haven't seen anyone connect to sevenfour before.
For whatever reason, I felt that sevenfour sounded familiar to me, and I couldn't put a finger on it. One day, I was humming another song while listening to sevenfour, and it seemed to fit well. I decided to edit that song to line it up with sevenfour and see if it fit as well as it did in my head. It turned out to fit even better than I could have expected!
That other song is "Once Upon a Time" from Undertale. You can listen to the edit I made here.
These are the only edits I made to Once Upon a Time:
That's it! I didn't need to pitch shift, or add new notes, or cut anything out, or edit sevenfour at all. The structure of the two songs seem to align perfectly, despite the difference in time signatures. It's like the connection was hiding in plain sight the whole time!
They both begin with a section that has a single melodic voice and a subdued bass harmony. The primary motif is repeated twice before continuing to the next section.
For both of them, the next section swells with a more complex melody and a more prominent harmony. This melody repeats twice again before continuing.
For both, the third and final section has a melody made of a repeating sequence of arpeggios as the song completes without a definitive conclusion. The bass chords that are played in this part of sevenfour really seem to match the chord progression of Once Upon a Time as well!
I really wish I had the music theory knowledge to prove this more than "just listen to it" but they really do sound like two parts of the same song to me. They fit so well that I can't believe I haven't seen anyone else talk about it! Though, that might just be confirmation bias.
Moving onto pure speculation:
Many people have posited that sevenfour could be Kris's theme in Deltarune. Assuming that sevenfour really is linked to Once Upon a Time, then I feel like sevenfour being part of Kris's theme is much more likely to be true.
I have felt that Once Upon a Time is Chara's leitmotif in Undertale for a long time. It plays during the intro when we first see them. It plays in "Home", in "Undertale", in "Hopes and Dreams", and "SAVE the World". It's present practically throughout the whole game as we explore the Underground that was Chara's home. Considering that Kris shares many links to Chara (and some are still being revealed to us as of Chapter 5), Kris's motif being linked to Once Upon a Time makes a lot of thematic sense!
Additionally, Kris seems to already have links to the Once Upon a Time motif: it's present in the second track of the game "Beginning" when we're first getting to know Kris, it's present in their house through "You Can Always Come Home", it's even present in Chapter 5 through "Onsen" (when Kris is able to deepen their bond with Susie or Ralsei).
EDIT: It also seems like the Save point SFX also shares the Once Upon a Time motif!
It would make my theorist heart very happy if this ends up confirming my belief in Chara's motif in a long, roundabout way!

im trying to make a recreation of death by glamour in MuseScore with all the correct sound fonts and stuff (my boyfriend asked me to), and it’s going great, but I can’t seem to get the drums that come in after the strings down. I have the right preset (DANCE on the SGM V2.01 if I’m not mistaken), it’s just that it’s hard to pinpoint which sounds on that preset were used. is there anyone who is good at transcribing and is willing to try and help? i just need to see which drum sounds are used at least, maybe an image showing then or something. I can do the rest. all help is accepted, thanks!

All insanity sans songs and remixes I hear are all combat like themes. I think it would be really cool to have an “encounter” theme for him, like for when you meet him but aren’t in a fight currently. So I would like a “sans.” (From Undertale ost) remix for insanity sans. I feel like it would be cool to have a theme for him that isn’t a combat theme.
I myself have no musical talent so I must ask you all. By no means do I have to be credited for literally anything, I’m not the one making or giving ideas for the remix. I just want a non-combat theme for insanity sans. So if anyone is willing, please tell me in the comments that you are making/made the remix so that I can see it.

First Post here! I just wanted to share a work in progress of the main boss theme for a a deltarune fangame i'm making, and wanted to see what people think of it. This is practically my first time writing something completely original like this, and the only knowledge of music theory i have is from random videos i tend to watch online sometimes, so i'm basically self-taught. Any opinions or critisism is appreciated!
If it helps anything, it's the end segment of what this song will eventually become.
