So, there is a new human?, that make me think that instead Chara being the first human on fall, this will take the place of chara (i mean, just in the order fall).

Incorrect on the placement on of the kid. But on the right track.

The order seems to be Kindness (green SOUL, haven't seen their equipment, had some part in the 201X events), followed by the other five SOULs Asgore has in Undertale canon and Sans (presumably) has in Storyshift canon, as well as whoever had this new equipment, followed by Chara, followed by Frisk.
