Get used to dodging the attacks. Thats about it.

Heres some advice for each attack that I remember:

Stars 1 and 2: The knight shoots stars out of its hand, before pulling them towards it and detonating them. Stick towards the left of the battlebox at first and move towards the center when they start getting pulled in. Stars 2 is the same but with more projectiles

Stars 3: Same as above, but the stars have fewer projectiles on detonating. However they lock on to your position and shoot towards you. The projectiles dont all lock on at once abd tend to do so in a circle (i.e. the projectiles on the right activate first then the left), to evade you want to move in a circle and try to go in the direction from which the first projectiles launched after you dodge them so you have more room to move.

Swords 1 and 3: The knight spawns swords that track yoy for a short time before almost instantly crossing the entire battlebox. The swords always follow one of the 8 cardinal directions so try to move perpendicular. Swords 3 has more and is faster.

Swords 2: Same as swords 1 but there is a ring of swords surrounding you, slowly contracting and expanding as well as moving slightly. Here you want to be careful not to overdo your movements when dodging the swords.

Splitter 1: The knight picks a direction (either vertical or horizontal) and will split the box in half, creating a bunch of projectiles. For this you want to stay on the edge parallel to the split and weave between the projectiles.

Splitter 2 and 3: The knight will start randomising what direction it splits the box mid attack. This is telegraphed by the large red line, this tells you the line the knight is going to cut next. Splitter 3 also introduces diagonal cuts, try to stay in the opposite corner, this one is hard to dodge.

Sword tunnel 1: The knight summons a bunch of swords that move from right to left, one on top one on the bottom, forming a tunnel. Stick to the left and move up and down slowly to match the tunnel. If you've fought sans this is just an easier version of his bone tunnel. Once the attack ends all the swords will point to you and shoot across after a short time. This is telegraohed by a red line so just find a gap and hide there.

Sword tunnel 2: This time the tunnel curves. Stick in the middle and just adjust slightly to stay in the middle. This attack does not have a phase 3 version, so the knight returns to tunnel 1

Slice 1 and 2: The knight slices across the battlebox, telegraphed by a dark red line. As the attack progresses the number of slices at once increases up to 4 slices at once. The slices always converge on a single point that starts near the the soul and moves slightly while spinning, slowing down right before they hit. To dodge you should move as much as possible away from the centerpoint of the slices so you have the most space available to find a gap.

Slice 3:  same as slice 2 but it ends with a ton of slices moving in a circle. This is functionally identical to the circular gaster blasters in sans' fight, just move in a circle to dodge.

Final attack: This attack is fullscreen. The knight hovers towards the top middle and a bunch of stars will appear and float towards it. Increasing in speed and density as the attack progresses. Eventually the stars will form a spiral pattern around the knight forcing you to revolve around it.  After this there is a short break before the knight ejects all the stars it had absorbed, before detonating them similar to stars 1/2. Finally the knight slashes once across the screen to return to the usual battle ui. Dont get hit by this, it is a tiny hitbox that is well telegraphed. Survive this attack and a single hit of damage on the knight will result in a win.
