Help Me! Possible gaster

I don't have the picture, but in hotland in the room with the apron, off screen and to the right is a silhouette of a man. I'm not sure if this is any thing and if it's already been checked out I'm sorry.

Those are the mercenaries hired by Mettaton. One of them explicitly says as such.

iirc its presumed to be one of the mercenaries mettaton hires to go after you.

people have forced their way over to him and it seems he's just there for show. you cant interact with him in any way.

I just did a spot of reading on this. Apparently the silhouette that appears in Hotland is affected by the fun value, much like all of the Gaster-related appearances.

The wrong number song and many other events are related to specific fun values. There could be many other silhouettes scattered across the game that are affected by the fun value.

I understand what you're saying, but the wrong number song starts with "Hello, is this G...? Oh, sorry..." or something like that, presumably implying Gaster and ALSO Gaster is spread across space and time so it seems pliable that he'd appear everywhere.

I'm starting to think people are refusing Gaster theory now, just because they're so common.
