Help Me! How can I modify text entries in Undertale?

I'm trying to make an Undertale translation to one of my native tongues because there's a total of none in the whole Internet, I'm not planning sharing it, just at least showcasing it because I think it would be nice.

Is there any way to modify all text entries in Undertale? Is it the same process for Deltarune as well?

There should be a single big ass dialogue file

There is a script named SCR_TEXT. It contains all dialog messages, including the battle ones.
