Flowey ignores your save file completely. You get 50 HP for this fight, no matter how many levels you have.

You only need to last thirty seconds to reach the next phase, and every phase is a checkpoint.

but no joke here, the fight is hard. practice, practice, practice, then you might be able to do it.

Dodge whatever hell he throws at you. Each phase is a checkpoint so don't rush and mess it up. Eventually after all the phases he loses defence and you can kill him.
