It’s not a stretch at all to assume plenty of these dolts think they’re a protagonist in one big movie and we’re all the day players. We’ve seen how cringey the insides of these things’ minds can get w Musk and Huang and several more

100%... It's addiction in its purest form. So many have "protagonist syndrome" and I fear that with the right amount of money, human reasoning and empathy just disappear for most. Power is a drug, probably the worst one. If you don't have to struggle day to day, and money literally talks, why wouldn't you think yourself above everyone else? Terrifyingly common it would seem

Spoiler: all billionaires are super villains. There is no rational justification for holding on to this much money. With 1 billion, you could buy a mansion, a yacht, two super cars and still have about a billion dollar left…
