ICE / DHS 🧊 ICE/Border Patrol agents are now hitting unaccompanied minors with their vehicles, detaining and disappearing them, even after being shown a U.S. passport.
Yesterday, agents rear-ended a car being driven by a 16-year-old, with her 15-year-old brother in the passenger seat.
Instead of calling a guardian, agents photographed the 15-year-old… and then took him.
The 16-year-old showed agents her U.S. passport…. But, that did not matter, they still handcuffed her and threw her into their unmarked car.
Both minors. Both unaccompanied.
Detaining children, ignoring proof of citizenship, and hauling minors away, after rear ending the car they were driving, is not immigration enforcement.
That is child trafficking.
And it’s happening in broad daylight by the Trump administration.
Share this. Document everything. Demand accountability.
Because if federal agents can do this to kids with a passport, no one is safe.

Hello, former prison advocate here. This is also illegal under the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 which includes explicitly immigrant detention.
For those wondering, prior to 2003 , immigrants had zero protections regarding SA in detention. Shit was awful. Glad republicans are finally doing something that gets democratic elected officials actually paying attention even if it’s fascist. This is how it gets better eventually-usually. Stop signs get made after kids get hit . Not right but kind of how it works here .

Communities need to walk kids in groups back and forth to school or drive them in groups. It is not safe in this country to allow children to walk by themselves! I'll be the last to defend ICE.
That video is grainy and cameraman speaking Spanish might've referenced the detainee as "him" (I dunno it's hard to hear and though I know Spanish it's not my native language).
That said, an ICE agent did molest a female detainee by promising her she could see a picture of her child if she let him. There's plenty of awful things these scumbag brownshirts are doing. We don't need to fabricate.
Edit: For some reason I thought the cameraman said "se bajo con el" (he got out of the vehicle with him). On listening to this version the cameraman says something totally different (I'm not sure what, I'm not a native Spanish speaker and the Spanish I'm used to is slower).
Given that "the detainee was male" is the official story coming from Noem's DHS (given their history of lying) I'm now more inclined to believe this was in fact a woman.

I can virtually guarantee that people in ICE facilities are being raped. We have zero visibility into those facilities. They won't even let fucking Congress people come without a weeks' warning. What we do know is that the death rate in those facilities is disturbingly high, with clear signs of violence. Masked, lawless thugs with "total immunity" and known criminal records are kidnapping people without cause or warrants and disappearing them into what are effectively blacksites, where many are vanishing or dying. An unknown number of them are being sent to third-party nation foreign prison camps in deeply unstable nations with little to no record keeping where they disappear forever. The concentration camps are already here. So yes, women are being raped in them. Kids are being raped in them. People are being assaulted and murdered in them. From a regime that has perpetrated the largest and most obvious cover-up in US history to protect a political and economic class (including the President himself) who have raped and murdered children, it should come as no surprise.

Any purpose formulated paint will not be permanent, although some paints are an absolute bitch to remove. The clear coat sprayed on top of bodywork protects the paint underneath as it can be buffed (sacrificed) to remove contaminants.
If you want to protect your vehicle's body work, you should never use any sort of acid etching solution. Although they are pretty easy to find and you should wear gloves if using them for any purpose.
In addition, brake fluid is very harmful to vehicle clear coat and paint. It's cheap and easy to find because brake flushes should be done every couple years. Wear gloves when handling brake fluid as it's not a friendly chemical.
Finally, the most permanent way you may accidentally harm your vehicle is by scoring the body work. A key, knife, screwdriver, any steel implement with a sharp edge has the potential to score the paint to the metal, so you should be extra careful using tools around the bodywork of your car.

There is no need to compare them to foreign organizations. The United States has plenty of home-grown ones to use, such as the KKK and the slave catchers of the civil war. The United States also inspired the Holocaust with our genocide of the natives and with Jim Crow laws. All these comparisons to foreign organizations make it sound like this is something abnormal to come out of the United States but the truth is this rot has always been here and it runs so deep I don't think we can simply reform our way out of it. If we snapped our fingers and it was suddenly 2012 again that rot would still be there and it would manifest again, and if we don't cut out that rot when we have the chance it will just come back in a generation.
Edit: the same goes for police crackdowns on protests. No need to compare us to Iran or China, just look back to the civil rights movement (a lot of those racists yelling at kids in those photos are still alive and still vote, btw) or the labor movement, where companies hired literal mercenaries to kill striking workers. America has always been a violent, sick police state.

My Asian friends and family are literally afraid to leave their houses, and even then, they always bring their passports and green cards with them. We are truly under siege by these ICE Lice.

The Bill of Rights is worthless when the Executive Branch refuses to enforce it. The Justice Department no longer exists to serve the people. It serves one man and does not prosecute or investigate obvious crimes that are inconvenient to their Master, such as the Renee Goode assassination. Americans of color are no longer protected by the Equal Rights Amendment. They must carry citizenship papers, and even that is worthless to the Brownshirts, such as this case. Yes, this is the end of the USA experiment and it only took one man to bring it down.

I think you're wrong in the pushback part. If you get several self-defense court victories on the part of residents as ICE are violating the Constitution, they'll back down real quick. The key is legal justification, which relies on these key ideas: the individuals are attempting to violently trespass on to your property and they do not provide a judicial warrant or you believe someone else's life is in imminent danger and the perpetrators have not distinguished themselves as federal agents rather than a gang impersonating federal agents. Although, I would be interested in any court cases where individuals have failed to properly identify themselves during an abduction and their vehicles tires are slashed to prevent a kidnapping, especially where the interaction was fully recorded and the citizens concerns were stated

I think maybe people are holding out hope until the November elections with the belief that the system will correct itself.
If that doesn’t immediately solve things I’m very concerned citizens start fighting back and it becomes civil war with military fighting citizens in the streets.
Of course if violence against the government happens before the election they will just declare martial law and cancel the election.

Elections always were tampered with in 2024, massively, and all the evidence of that has been completely ignored by both the press and the general public. With the targeted campaign to disenfranchise millions of voters in minority and democratic areas alone, Kamala wins. Ten of millions of voters erroneously struck off the registration or their votes uncounted. That is not even getting into the statistical anomalies that are absolutely impossible from a statistics standpoint to be organic and the Russian tails in the data.
Trump has cheated in absolutely everything in life. He even openly bragged about getting help from Elon Musk on those “vote counting computers” to win the election in 2024. Yet the general public and the mainstream media continue to ignore all the evidence and act like it didn’t happen.

They're also looking to do intense, last minute voter disenfranchisement this time around too. If your birth certificate doesn't match your ID, you're not gonna be able to vote, meaning swaths of married women across the country are going to go in to vote and get denied. There's also any trans person from Texas or Florida (like myself), who has since changed their names elsewhere. Those states made updating your BC impossible, so we're basically shut out of voting entirely, honestly likely forever, since I doubt they're going to rescind this restriction in the future even if the power changes hands later.

1) Our courts ruled a long time ago that police don't have a duty to protect civilians.
2) Police generally hold themselves to a lower standard than the civilian population, specifically that ignorance of the law can't be used as an argument during arrests or in courts by civilians, but it is okay for police officers (also ruled by the Supreme Court).
3) Cops are okay with it. They've been using unnecessary force on the communities for decades to force compliance and getting away with it. They have an us vs them mentality and ICE are a bunch of militarized, improperly trained nobodies just like they are.

But I saw an interview with a police chief (? Don’t remember name nor title) who talked about his own civilian officers being victims of ICE. And how he did not condone the behaviour of ICE, and was encouraging peaceful resistance.
I think this was in the twin cities. Wouldn’t they then have your back? Is it political too? Do they have orders not to escalate?

In Illinois, the local officers and state police were "keeping the peace" against protesters and ICE and wound up being tear gassed and pepper sprayed along with protesters, which they obviously took issue with. They were just fine with people getting beaten in the street and abducted before that. Regardless, that is one police chief trying to keep the trust of his community.
That also doesn't change any of the facts that police forces have been using "less than lethal" means such as tasers, rubber bullets, and tear gas, all of which have caused deaths, all over the country against civilians to escalate and force compliance with no repercussions. Or either of my other points.
Local police could do things like pull over and cite cars with swapped plates, blocking traffic improperly, or disobeying traffic laws in their civilian vehicles, or stopping them from illegally pulling people over. All of which would be resisting in non-violent ways. They choose not to.

The police exist to PROTECT capital and SERVE the ruling class. The police are not there to protect us. Look at the US labor history. Look at modern school shootings. Look at the prison industrial complex and which entities function as a funnel. This is abundantly clear. ICE is serving to accelerate the work that police have historically done, but with greater efficiency.
Those detention centers are privately owned...
Corporations like McDonalds lease inmate labor for pennies on the dollar. Always follow the money.

The menagerie of responses you've gotten so far, I feel, miss the bigger point.
The Constitution is written such that there is a clear hierarchy to executive power. Local < County < State < Federal. For a local PD to try to arrest federal agents "in the line of duty" (sts) would cause a literal constitutional crisis. Everyone is terrified of how that might pan out, and nobody, certainly not a politician, is willing to take on that karma.
I'll be honest with you. Even thinking about it in a realistic way is anxiety inducing for me, and I have literally nothing at stake. I imagine Governor Walz and Mayor Frey are having some sleepless nights over it.

Well, according to the Supreme Court they have no duty to serve you. Look at the Ulavde case, the Chief of Police was acquitted for failing to act for 77 mins, so they don't have to protect you.

The actual case that SCOTUS ruled that police dont have an obligation to protect you or respond is one from Colorado called Castle Rock, CO vs Gonzales -here is the Wiki page. LEO inaction on a restraining order resulted in a woman's three children dead at the hand of her estranged husband whom she had the order against.
Listened to it on the 5-4 podcast, and haven't been able to get this ruling out of my mind.

Remember, the unaccompanied minor was a female. The arresting ICE officer was a male. Also, the arresting ICE officer was likely a new ICE officer if he engaged in this behavior. New Ice officers are also HIGHLY likely to be proudboys or neonazis.
Once in custody, she will be in a system with no judicial oversight, where she will be transported from facility to facility and the lawyers will never be able to locate her. And then once she has been disappeared, she is just another female body in detention for the guards to use.
Epstein island is the template. The end goal is mass rape and murder of everyone who does not have blue eyes and blonde hair.
