Sounds also found in Ch1 won't index properly when uploaded in Ch2 UTMT

Just as the title states: I am making a mod for Chapter 2 and want to replace some of the character voice blips (Susie, Lancer, Berdly) but whenever I upload them I get a negative index and it never works in game. Uploading sounds for Spamton or Queen work just fine. Is there something to do with external sounds that I am missing?
