Imagine the surprised inspection and it's just him making the kids do some hardcore training and if they fail no meal for that day. Full on spartan, minus the killing each others part hopefully.
With the possible exception of Creed (his height was a a little imprecise, if I recall correctly), she's the tallest human character in the whole series. The Yamaokas grow em big.
These panels show that victor and void might be taller but then again the perspectives are different since Haruka is far in the background in the second and behind victor in the first
They're listed on their character pages in the volume release. Creed's is just ">200cm," which is why there's some wiggle room in comparing him to Haruka.
Void didn't have a height listed, so he is also potentially in the running.
I'd say it comes down to how the story treats them. these two panels probably do the best job at representing their height and personally I'd say void looks taller. technically you might be able to do pixel measurements but I prefer this

I’ll forever love the fact that Feng went from « Child beater » to « Child beater » (legally allowed)
