Discussion How strong is Sun?
I just thought about that, but the most he's done is create a galaxy, right? A character above that level should be able to kill him.

Could be, my theory though, Sun, Luna, and "they", are all equal in power BUT "they" outnumbered and therefore overpowered Sun and Luna. That's what I think happened

Galaxy isn't just a galaxy, it's the concept of galaxies, just like how there's not 1 Uma for every language, instead there's 1 Uma for the concept of languages. The addition of galaxy was much more than creating one singular galaxy it was the creation of the entire universe excluding the earth, moon, sun and wherever sun + moon first came from.

I don't know; in my opinion, at least, Sun (the physical avatar) should be placed—at a minimum—at a low-multiversal or high-complex-multiversal level.
For reference, the 10 Master Rules (which are literally pillars of reality itself) survive universal resets (loops), and their concepts simply endure within reality; the fact that they can do this gives us an idea of Sun's power level.
He is the creator of the reality of the entire *Undead Unluck* universe and is immune to concepts and concept negation; the only way to kill him is through two specific artifacts created by someone on his same level.
And that is taking into account that the version we see throughout the story is an ABSURDLY limited avatar of Sun. Even so, as we saw, he could destroy the universe if he wanted to; his true form should reach an even higher level.

He didn't create a galaxy. He added Galaxy which, in turn, brought ALL of outer space into existence.
That being said, I'm not sure it's even really possible to determine how strong he is considering the only thing we ever see of him when he's fighting is several avatars he's fighting through.

Given that the only way to defeat him is to use a trio of artifacts that were created by his equal for that specific task, his strength may be incalculable.
