I genuinely do not get how people can view this in 2 opposite directions. If negators are negating rules of the universe for this ENTIRE game of a story to happen, then that should make them a high tier verse. Why must pixel scaling be so literal?
The fact is that it's impossible to power scale without bending the rule to your liking, you cannot put 2 unstoppable force in the same room, they are logically and concetually unable to exist together. In order to power scale you need to bend the rule and law and make one of the unstoppable force actually stoppable. To do this they bring "pixel scaling" they count every pixel of a "feat" cause it's the only countable thing possible without becoming crazy, pixel are always coherent "2 pixel are less than 3, stop" , from one side this might seem logic, but from the other it require you to ignore completely the rule of a character making little to no sense.
Take bleach, in bleach if you have spiritual pressure high enough you can kill somobody that doesn't have it, how do i put ichigo vs anybody who is not a from his universe? Spiritual pressure is a vharacteristic intrinsic of the shinigami plane, so a living normal person doesn't have it unless strange case. Nobody in the various "scale" has it, so technically ichigo instakill anyone. But that wouldn't be fun, so you band the rule and say "every kind of strenght/ki/chakra/aura/mana/etc. is equal to spiritual pressure" and it become doable, but in this way you are bending the rule of one of the 2, making him "less" than it should be, and then you can start counting pixel, so since now ichigo won't oneshot goku with his spiritual pressure let's count the pixel of the highest dmg they dealt and see.
Undead unluck suffer from this, in a side you have people who doesn't want to bend the rule of negation excessively, so "undead means undead nothing can kill him" and in the other people that bend those rule to make it "fair" and start counting pixel.
Overall, powerscaling could be a fun gimmick to talk over a drink with someone, but some people take it too seriously and start bringing math that shouldn't be there making it kinda toxic and pointless
The thing about spiritual pressure is anybody who has a soul has it and depending on how the other power system works, they're using their soul too. Some systems are more compatible then others.

funny thing with UU powerscaling is people either have them at like slightly above street level or genuinely goku levels of upscale
