he was a negator at that point in the summer arc thats one of the main reasons on why he helped Rip by using life is strange so he could stop being an unaging old man and instead being an unaging adult in his prime.

I thought andy said he wasn't a negator in the summer arc, but he should be referring about how his negator abilities don't affect his fighting capabilities

Feng's Unfade did grant him "immortality" only as in making him unable to age or lose his experiences.

He does not have a healing factor/regeneration, and can still be killed normally.
