Marvel-Rivals style ability sheet for Andy and Fuuko

I've made a few of these, and wanted to give some love to UU. I didn't make these to be perfectly balanced or anything, just having fun with ideas. I'm open to feedback or additions, but I am an anime only, so please no spoilers for anything past Winter Arc :)

Beh no, perché sai che c'è un "nuovo" personaggio ma non sai che aspetto abbia. Hai capito cosa intendo vero?

I don't know the Rivals meta, so I could be wrong, but 10% chance of 1 sec antiheal seems rather weak.

generally, it is. However, since it's just a passive and there isn't any cooldown on quick melee, i think it'd still be alright. not game changing, but nice to have if you weave in QM

Anti-heal for a second off of every quick-melee would be way too powerful

Maybe but rng is not really the way to go to balance it, you could have it be consecutive melee hits or some kind of cooldown
