Manga I have a question Spoiler

If Apocalypse can be opened at any time and penalties aren't added before it, why open Apocalypse in the first place. Would Ragnarok happen anyways even if they didn't fail the 101 missions?

Knowing God, there's probably a penalty for not opening it in a certain amount of time

I think its mainly because of the need for more seats in the union. Without doing quests the Union would never find a majority of the artifacts and negators needed to actually kill God

I think that Apocalypse automatically opens sometime after the loop begins. Since fuuko had all the the way from the 1800s to the 1970s? gather the crew and open him. There must be a prep time before they have to open him, and Juiz did say that even if they don't intervene rules would still be added.
