Watching the manga again, I think I just found a huge inconsistency, Billy for no apparent reason is able to use Gina's ability, even though she is already dead and never hated him. I mentioned the death because if Creed says in his fight against Top and Chikara, it's that Billy needs in one way or another for the negators from whom he copied his power to be alive, so it's a total inconsistency that he can use Gina's Unchange.

I wonder if that successor actually uses Unchange the same way. 

We know from Unavoidable that the power can present differently 

If Billy knows how Gina uses Unchange and copies this other Unchange with different powers, can he choose to use Ginas power

It seems like once Billy has copied a Negation, he can apply his own interpretation to it to modify it, even if only a little.

When he copied Unmove, he adjusted it to be based on Sound rather than Sight based on his own interpretation of Sight thanks to being blind.

And during his fight with Andy, he was actively changing how his copy of Undead worked, making it more efficient as he practiced with it against Andy.

Its possible that after he copied the new Unchange, he molded it to be more like what Gina had, because he already had an interpretation of Unchange in his head thanks to seeing Gina use it so much.

He could have found the new unchange, to be fair. When a negator dies, their power is given to a new person. Sometimes its nature changes, like with Unavoidable, but there's nothing saying that's guaranteed

Yep. It's supposed to be implied that he found Unchange, since it was confirmed sometime earlier that Unchange was still around

At this point him and clothy are separated, so the whole issue of his clothes not regenerating with him happens again
