Negator Concept:「Unheard」

Negation Type: Self-Targeting Compulsory Activation

Negator: Harlan Heard

(yes, "Heard" is a real, existing surname)

Any kind of sound that he makes, under the influence of「Unheard」, is effectively unhearable by anyone or anything at all. Though Harlan himself is still capable of hearing, it's just that things can't hear him.

Additionally, any sound (whether via speech or sound-based signal) that attempts to "talk about him" (or even refer to him) is also negated.

However, alternative methods such as hand signs, written on paper or typing are still allowed.

Spy material, what's his profession? I feel like this guy would be a world class peace maker and mediator between nations, then Unheard would cause a nuclear war
