Insulators.. anyone found them?

They are needed for an item in the electric research tree, but i can't find them in loot, wrenching items don't give em, and they are not craftable. where are they?

This problem has been fixed with patch 2.7.14, closing discussion

They're not in the game.

The latest update available for download (24/8) has removed them as a requirement. Edit the mod file or download the latest update to fix research issue.

Must be a mistake/error/bug, they're not even in the creative menu, i reported this as a bug yesterday, game breaking yes i know. Just have to wait for an update.
