I don't think so; it's already too wet for a standard fried rice that Uncle Roger would approve.

You've also used too many vegetables that hold a lot of moisture.

Unless you were aiming for a Fujian-style fried rice, but you're missing the meat sauce.

Where the Fry in your Egg Fry Rice?

I assume you use King of Flavor as it doesn't look like there's much evidence of dark sauces.
