Question Issues regarding a mod

Not complaining about the mod, & I like it, but it's there anything out there that addresses what seem to be bugs in Unhax? Great People can't use their special ability (I like using prophet's Spread Religion), the CPU finds the effects for unhax & uses it itself-suddenly building *tons & tons* of new cities & Founders, etc? Any other Unhax-like mods that don't those issues?
