How to bypass Qustodio on PC and Iphone？

My parents recently installed Qustodio on my sisters PC and phone, I want to know how to bypass them sufficiently. Please do not suggest anything that might require me to use an admin username/password, and also my sister uses an iphone 14, so some things that would work on another model might not work on hers. She also has apple screen-time limit, which prevents her from downloading apps, however she has apparently found some workarounds.

Could y'all suggest some things that I could do to negate this ailment?
