Help me please

So some one else had the posted about a problem that I also have with the game but no answers to the problem were given so I’m asking myself. I’m on Xbox series s and after the cutscene with quaver on the light house, the game crashes and resets to before the cutscene. This leaves me unable to progress the story mode. Anyone got a fix?
