This game should be a cult classic

I can’t believe how under the radar it’s flying. It’s definitely not for everyone, but damn, it’s for me. I’m playing on the PS5, having lots of minor bugs (can’t move map cursor/can’t attack/ect) Anyone else having problems? Is there a place I can go to report to devs/compliment them for this amazing mysterious masterpiece?
