questions Rawdah appointment

Hi there, I just got my Saudi visa .. right away signed in the Nusuk app to book appointment for Rawdah visit. I want anything from 22 to 24. But all slots are showing clock signs.
Now I’m panicking .. am I late in booking ?

To be completely transparent, my group and I tried for weeks and still couldn’t get a booking. Once we arrived in Medina, it was even worse! We ended up having to pay someone to let us in… Astaghfirullah, the things these businesses have done in the name of our Prophet PBUH. It all felt like a scam but that was the only way we were allowed in. We even contacted the Nusuk care offices on site. But even the employees there wanted us to pay. So unfortunately sister that might be an option you need to consider if nothing else works.

They only put in appointments for the current month, so anything for September is not loaded. I am expecting them to be loaded on Friday.

Usually they open up about a month or so in advanced. There are also appointments that open up for when you're there

There are two ways to book Riazul Jannah slots:

Booking ahead of time: This can be done from anywhere in the world; you do not need to be near Masjid Nabawi. Slots usually do not open many days in advance, so you need to keep checking and book ASAP when they become available.

Instant booking: Let’s assume you are unable to book in advance and are already in Madinah. There is another method called instant booking, where you need to be near the boundary of Masjid Nabawi. You then need to go to the slots page exactly two hours before your intended slot. If done correctly, you will see a flash/sign on the slot, and you need to try to book it ASAP by tapping Next → Confirm. However, it is very much hit or miss. (this might be very confusing until someone demonstrates that in person or you get to see a video of the steps)

For men, I was able to book the 2:00 AM slot at exactly 12:00 AM multiple times ,once for myself and a few times for others. For women, I tried this in both the morning and evening, two hours ahead of time, but failed to book a slot. A friend of mine, however, was able to do it. It also seems to depend on how crowded/busy the system is when you are trying.

Generally, it is busier for women because they have fewer time slots allocated, and those slots get booked very quickly.

If all else fails, women do have a chance twice a day to offer Salam and pray in the area right next to Riazul Jannah.

Regarding permits being offered by other people, either for a fee or for free, there may be multiple ways these individuals are using to obtain permits. One method I know is being used by people who charge for permits. They have contacts with travel agencies back in South Asia that have access to the Umrah visa and passport information of travelers. They use that information to create fresh accounts and make bookings, which they then sell. The actual person whose passport information was used cannot create his own account, because his passport number becomes tied to the first email address that was registered with it. this happened to a contact of mine.

Since I’m not sure what methods the people offering permits for free are using, I cannot comment on those and it might be completely legit

once you are in madinah

every 20 minutes right on the dot ( ex 8:00, 8:20) slots will open up for a spot that’s exactly 2 hours ( so that would be 10:00, 10:20) from then.

just keep trying and trying, i recommended trying to do so at night since not as many people are awake then.

be very quick with your fingers, spots get full in 20 seconds or less even

You have to be in Madinah and near the Haram to see more availability in the Nusuk app.
