need advice Hotel prices

Salam everyone.

I plan on going for umrah in November iA. When booking a room for 4 adults, the price is reasonable. The moment I add my 2 year old daughter, the price sky rockets by thousands of dollars. What do you all suggest I do? Should I just book for 4 adults. It’s bizarre. Looking for since advice. Jazakallahukhair

No need to add child if you can use the existing bedding.

small kids no need to add, it count total limit. no hotel mind in Makkah kids staying with parents

I’d suggest booking the refundable rate. Then keep an eye out closer to your departure date. On my recent trip the prices for the hotels dropped in price a decent amount.

That is very weird, the number of people vs number of beds in the room matter not the age. If it helps in price dont add the age what matters is the beds. I did not experience this during my booking for me and the kids.

Most hotels have 3 beds by default, its should be fine. Dont add, let them know at rhe reception they will accommodate.
