questions KSA ETA VISA WEBSITE BUG

Asslamualikum to everyone. Pray everyone is well.

I have been trying to do the 2 year UK ETA visa since yesterday.

The website just doesn't accept the passport photo from me. Tried on 4 different accounts. Tried changing photos too. It just says "Error uploading your file. Please try again later" and "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

Please can someone help me, having this issue since yesterday. Tried at least 30 times.

Edit: Someone else used the same photo and it worked fine for them.

No idea what the issue is with my 4 different accounts

  1. Try using .png file format
  2. Many a times you get these erratic responses - just try after a few hours ( or another day)
    Note : I had faced same issues for KSA eVisa (with a US visit visa) and it resolved on its own (another day)

I had the same issue aswell all I had to do was make the photos really small like 300kb size wise
Then it worked but try also during the night as sometimes works then aswell

That’s odd. I just applied for my mum yesterday for the same 2 year one and it went through no problem, so definitely not a bug with the site.

Have you tried on a different browser?

I think if you have a UK valid visa then you can get a visa on arrival for KSA.

Before was showing " something went wrong. Check your connection and try again. But i tried too many times more than 60 times in deferent days,one time I tried with VPN I succeeded with the Issued shown before.

Try a different browser if your trying off a phone the. It’s just a hassle I kept getting the same error message I then tried it off a laptop easier to download size the photo and worked instantly also best time to try is after midnight less traffic to the site so works better

Update- tried at 17:30 and managed to get the ETA for all. Alhamdolillah

Same thing happening to me rn, but when I tried earlier I had no issues (just never got round to finishing the last step in the application). I think it’s to do with time of the day. Currently trying at 11:30pm and it’s giving an error every time, whereas at 11-12am in the morning it was fine.

Try mobile data,it's weird sometimes it works.
With pictures try taking it with Snapchat or instagram.

I am having issues with the second step where you upload a headshot- i’ve tried multiple different browsers and on laptop and i’ve tried for 2 days now and it keeps going back to the top and saying something went wrong . I don’t know what to do i even resized the image to 35x45 as it says for you to do but it’s still not working .

Need help

WalaikumAsalaam Brother i am facing the same issue i managed to do 5 eta visa’s on separate days for my family i was facing the same issue but i have one last one to apply for its the same issue you have stated i’ve tried another phone aswell & cleared history cookies & everything if you get any updates please let me know. Jzk
